In the event that the item you ordered does not fit as expected, we want to ensure a smooth process for you. Please take note of our warranty and return policy detailed below:

Return Period

You may return the item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date if it does not meet your expectations or fit properly.

Return Conditions

To initiate a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  1. The item(s) must be in perfect condition: free from defects, stains, unwashed, and unworn.
  2. Ensure that the item(s) is/are packed in its original packaging, along with all accessories (including packaging in the original shipping bag).
  3. Keep a record of the shipment, retaining proof of the shipment (tracking number). This serves as evidence in case of any issues with the delivery.

Return Costs

Please be aware that shipping costs for returns will not be refunded. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Return Process

Follow these steps to complete the return process:

  1. Ensure the item(s) meet the specified return conditions.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
  3. Include all accessories and ensure it is well-packed, including the original shipping bag.
  4. Ship the package, keeping a record of the tracking number for your reference.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the specified conditions, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
